Version 2
Changed inductor footprint to match actual inductor size (oops)
Changed bootstrap loop components to 0402 to reduce ESL
Removed a somewhat pointless input cap
Moved output filter caps closer to output
Adjusted schematic to have more realistic voltage ratings
Changed output ceramic capacitors to 50V 10uF 1206's (cheaper and less
ripple)
Thermal relief spokes on THT components
Rearranged some things
Reduced board size by 1mm
Made some aesthetic improvements
Added maximum current rating, board version and license to silkscreen
Board now conforms better to IPC-2221 (particularly conductor spacing)
